Refund policy


At Ethonique Ensemble, every garment is checked and packed with care before dispatch. Since our products are ethnic wear and often fit-sensitive, we currently offer exchanges only, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, product name, reason for exchange, and clear photos/videos where applicable.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice
Free from perfume, sweat marks, makeup stains, food stains, or any signs of use
Returned in the same condition as received

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the same product, subject to availability
Exchange with another product
Refund, only if replacement or exchange is not possible

For verified damaged, defective, or wrong product cases, return pickup or return shipping support will be arranged by Ethonique Ensemble.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For regular exchange requests, a flat return shipping charge of ₹150 may apply.

Sale and Discounted Items

Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or discounted campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customized or Altered Products

Products that are customized, altered, made-to-measure, or specially modified as per customer request are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

Color and Product Variation

Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric texture. Such variations are not considered defects.

Minor variations in embroidery, print placement, or handmade detailing may occur and are part of the nature of ethnic wear.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the order will be treated under the exchange policy.
