We ship across India.

Rest of India: Usually delivered within 7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,500 within India.

For orders below ₹2,500, shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations within India.

COD availability may depend on courier serviceability and order value.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on request.

International shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes, and import charges will depend on the destination country and will be communicated separately.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

Ethonique Ensemble will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number.

If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
